% 27.05.2016 Learned counsel for the parties states that the present petition has become infructuous inasmuch as the Court in separate proceedings between the parties has appointed Justice M.L. Mehta as sole Arbitrator. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition and wishes to withdraw the same. The petition along with pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.
