By way of this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 715/2023, dated 16.11.2023, lodged at P.S. Govind Puri. for the offences under Sections 324/365/506/195A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Mr. M.L. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and remedies available to the petitioner, in accordance with law. 3.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any future application are left open.
