A Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India filed for quashing of FIR No.336/2016 under Section 498A/406/34 IPC P.S. CAW Cell, Krishna Nagar.

It is submitted in the Petition that parties have resolved all their differences and have taken divorce by mutual consent and in the Second Motion Statement recorded on 29.03.2017 it was recorded that pursuant to the Settlement ₹4,22,000/- has been given to Respondent No.2 towards final settlement of all her claims, whatsoever, out of marriage. It is submitted that since the matter has been amicable settled, the present FIR No.336/2016 under Section 498A/406/34 IPC be also quashed. 3.
The Respondent No.2 is present sin person and states tht there is no compromise viz-a-viz the present FIR.

Since there is no Settlement viz-a-viz the present FIR, the Petition is The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 16/04/2025 at 12:32:06
hereby dismissed with liberty to file a fresh in case of any Settlement. 5.
