Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has instructions to make a statement in the Court to the effect that the respondent bank has lifted the lien, which was placed on the bank account of the petitioner, so much so that the request of the petitioner for the closure of her bank account has also been acceded to. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, as the main prayer of the petitioner stands satisfied.
