This is a petition seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitrator in Arbitral proceedings titled 'SRICO Projects Pvt. Ltd. v. Central Railside Warehouse Co. Ltd.' by a period of twelve months. 5.

It is stated that the proceedings are at an advance stage and despite best efforts by the parties as well as the Arbitrator, the proceedings could not be concluded.

Mr Tyagi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and states that he has no objection to the petition being allowed. 8.

For the said reasons, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of one year from 22.01.2024 for completion of arbitration proceedings and making of the Award.
