This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC seeking the following prayers:- "(a) Extend the interim protection granted vide order dated 12.03.2026 passed in W.P.(C) 3195/2016 and restrain the Respondents from acting upon or giving effect to the invocation and/or encashment of the Bid Bond Guarantee No.

0162125IFG000028 dated 14.11.2025 for an amount of Rs. 3,50,00,000/- till Ld. NCLT, New Delhi, Court-IV decides the I.A. No. 1080/2026 in CP(IB) No. 482/ND/2023...." 2.

When the matter came up for hearing on 12.03.2026, this Court permitted the petitioner to approach the NCLT for the relief and recorded the statement of respondent no. 1 that respondent no. 1 would not encash the bank guarantees till 17.03.2026.

Learned counsel for the applicant has shown an order dated 16.03.2026 uploaded on 20.03.2026 of NCLT, wherein the interim relief has been declined to the petitioner. The petitioner states that the order has been uploaded only today leaving no time for the petitioner to challenge the same before NCLAT.

For the said reasons, the undertaking given by respondent no. 1 is extended till 24.03.2026. Mr. A. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1 states that the undertaking given will continue till 24.03.2026 and not thereafter irrespective whether the matter is taken by NCLAT or not. His statement is taken on record. 5.
