It is stated that at page 2 of the order this court has referred to the order of the Division Bench in W.P.(C) 853/2016 titled "Dhobi Sabha v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi" instead of "SantGadge Dhobi Sabha(Regd.) Vs. Govt. of NCT".

In view of the above, the order dated 28.01.2020 is corrected accordingly. The application is disposed of.
