The present revision petition is directed against order dated 17th January, 2020 in MT No. 246/2017 whereby the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court (West), Tis Hazari Courts upheld the ex-parte orders dated 27th February, 2019 and 7th March, 2019. Through the said orders, the Court had directed the Petitioner to pay a sum of INR 8,000/- per month as maintenance to the Respondent from the date of filing the petition. 2.

Mr. Manish Kumar Singh, counsel for Petitioner states that the disputes between the parties have been settled amicably and he has instructions to withdraw the present petition. 3.
