% 08.02.2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No. 147/2013 under Sections 420/468/471 IPC registered at police station Hauz Qazi. During the investigation, offence under Sections 406/467/34 IPC were also added. It is further submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 were having business transactions. Disputes arose between them which led to registration of aforesaid FIR. Now petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes vide Compromise Deed dated 15th January, 2018, therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings may be quashed.
Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Sunil Kumar of police station Hauz Qazi. Respondent no. 2 says that he has
settled the matter with petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He further submits that he has received the cheque amount from the petitioners and has no objection in case the aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings are quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
