..... Respondents Through:

% 06.02.2020 Notice of the petition was not issued to the respondent nos.2 to 5.
In as much as the only grievance of the petitioner vide the present petition was to such directions to the learned trial Court to adjudicate the case titled as State vs. Pawan Kumar and Others in relation to the FIR No.929/2007, PS Dwarka within a period of 15 days with it having been submitted to the effect that the matter was at the stage of final arguments since 12.02.2015 and the arguments have been addressed before five learned trial Court Judges with the matter having not yet been adjudicated, the status report was thus called for from the learned trial Court, which has been received under signatures of the learned ASJ-02, District South-West, Dwarka dated 24.01.2020 which now indicates that the matter stands adjourned to 29.02.2020 and 02.03.2020 for addressing remaining final arguments with it
having also been reported by the learned ASJ to the effect that the matter is an old one and all efforts would be made to listen to final arguments as quickly as possible and dispose of the matter quickly. In the circumstances, there are no further orders necessitated in the matter. The learned trial Court would however endeavour to expeditiously dispose of the proceedings in the present matter within a period of one month of the date of final hearing in the matter without default.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
