% 20.01.2020 Vide this petition, petitioner is seeking a direction to respondent/State to not register FIR in respect of complaint dated 12th February, 2018 filed by respondent No.3, as it is said to be the improved version of complaint dated 5th December, 2017, on which FIR No. 755/2017 has already been registered at police station Jamia Nagar, Delhi against petitioner and his relatives.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition while seeking liberty to file fresh petition as and when the cause of action arises.

In view of the aforesaid, this petition and application stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy W.P.(CRL) 153/2020
