The present Petition has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [<Act=], seeking certain emergent interim measures.

At the outset, learned counsel who appears on behalf of the Respondent No. 1 submits, on instructions, that Mr. Amit Jain, Respondent No.1, who appears in person, undertakes to ensure that no assets, whether movable or immovable, will in any manner be alienated or dealt with in a manner that is prejudicial to the subject matter of the present dispute.

In view of the same, let the matter be referred to Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre [<Mediation Centre=], for the aforesaid purpose on 19.03.2026. 5.

It is also requested that a learned Senior Mediator be appointed to try and mediate the disputes as between the parties. 6.

Since the parties are ad idem that the matter can be sought to be resolved by way of mediation, and also since there is an undertaking on behalf of the Respondent No.1 with respect to the non-alienation of the movable or immovable assets of the Company, this Court is of the view that there is no requirement to keep the present Petition pending before this Court.

Learned counsel for the parties also submit that in the event that there is any further grievance, they would move appropriate proceedings, for relief, if any, and as permissible to them under law. 8.

Accordingly, the present Petition, along with all pending application(s), if any, is disposed of.
