Present writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of directions to the respondent to dispose of the complaints dated 06th January, 2020 and 21st August, 2020 filed by the petitioner regarding various financial and procedural irregularities committed by the ex-office bearers/erstwhile Managing Committee of the petitoner-society on priority basis. 2.

Petitioner further seeks issuance of directions to the respondent to dispose of the enquiry initiated under Section 61 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 2003 dated 30th September, 2019 on priority basis. 3.

Learned counsel for petitoner states that despite passage of more than three years, the petitioner's complaints are still pending and not being disposed of by the respondent.

Issue notice.

Mr. Udit Malik, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. He, on instructions, states that a new Enquiry Officer shall be appointed and the enquiry as well as the complaints dated 06th January, 2020 and 21st August, 2020 shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. 6.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, present writ petition and application are disposed of with a direction to the respondent to decide the petitioner's complaints dated 06th January, 2020 and 21st August, 2020 in accordance with law within twelve weeks. The respondent is also directed to appoint a new Enquiry Officer to dispose of the enquiry dated 30th September, 2019 initiated under Section 61 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 2003 as expeditiously as possible.

This Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. The rights and contentions of all parties are left open.
