The present petition raises a grievance as regards the alleged unauthorized construction at property bearing No.320, Khasra No. 285, Gali No.5, New Mustafabad, North East District, Delhi-110094. 2.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that the property has been booked on 02.02.2024. He submits and undertakes, on instructions that necessary action, as may be warranted, shall be taken qua any illegal/unauthorized construction that may be subsisting in the said property.
