This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:

"a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus and Direct the Respondent No. l & 2 to issue Certificate of verification from the "OnLine Teacher Registration Management System (OTRMS )" to the Petitioner for him completing his B.Ed Course in 2023 from Respondent No .4 ' s recognized institution as the "Delhi Institute of Rural Development"; and b ) Issue a Writ of Mandamus and direct the Respondent No . 1 & 2 to carry out necessary changes on the website of the NCTE at "Online Teacher Registration Management System " [ OTRMS] and to reflect the name of the Respondent no . 4 ' s : . 37 institution as "Delhi Institute of Rural Development " in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. place of " Delhi College of Education"; and Alternative Prayer c) In alternative to Prayers (a) to (b) above and without prejudice, issue a Writ of Mandamus and direct the Respondent No.3 and 4 to issue fresh degrees and consolidated mark sheets to the Petitioner, who has passed out B .Ed Course (in July , 2023) from Respondent No.4's Institute by incorporating the name of the Respondent no. 4's institute as "Delhi College of Education "

in place of "Delhi Institute of Rural Development" ..."

Mr. Rupal, learned counsel for the respondents, states that without prejudice and in order to obviate any difficulties which may be faced by the petitioner, the respondent No. 2 will grant requisite certificate to the petitioner for Delhi Institute of Rural Development (DIRD). 3.

The same shall be done expeditiously and not later than 2 weeks from today.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Rupal and in view that the respondents are bound by the statement, the petitioner does not press the present petition. As regards the prayer B is concerned, the petition on behalf of the institute is already pending and the petitioner has no locus to maintain this prayer.
