Learned counsel for the plaintiff along with the learned counsel for the Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 submit that the parties have amicably arrived at a mediated settlement on 12.12.2023 which has been acted upon and the requisite relinquishment deed by the parties have been executed in favour of each other in terms of the settlement.

Parties submit that the compromise has been voluntarily made and they shall abide upon the terms of the settlement. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the plaintiff seeks permission to withdraw the present Suit.

The suit is accordingly permitted to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such, along with pending application, if any.
