The petitioner has filed the present petition inter alia, praying that respondent no.1/Town Vending Committee (TVC) be directed to conduct the survey in a time bound manner and issue the Certificate of Vending (COV) in favour of the petitioner.

The petitioner also prays that respondent no.1 be directed to decide her representation dated 17.02.2024 in accordance with law. 3.

The learned counsels appearing on behalf of respondent no.1 submits the survey is likely to be initiated and completed shortly. The petitioner would have full rights to participate in the survey and submit all the documents and material in respect of her claim of carrying on vending activities.
