The Civil Revision Petition under Section 115 of CPC read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the petitioners against the impugned Order dated 31.01.2023. 2.

Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioners, on instructions, submits that since the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, the present Revision Petition has become infructuous and sought to be withdrawn.

In view of the submissions made, the Civil Revision Petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
