Mr Ravi Gupta, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal („DRAT‟) in accordance with law and to make a statement before the DRAT that the Petitioners are willing to offer his two shops as security in lieu of the pre-deposit amount.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as

prayed for. The pending application is also disposed of.
