The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC"), seeking withdrawal of the present writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present proceedings, the respondent - New Delhi Municipal Council ("NDMC") has rectified the impugned Assessment Orders, and has resolved the grievance of the petitioner to his satisfaction. 3.

Thus, in the light of the said development, the petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition, and seeks to withdraw the same, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
