By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks modification of regular bail condition no. (ii), which was imposed upon the petitioner vide order dated 08.05.2023 passed by the learned Trial Court, as well as setting aside of order dated 26.02.2026 passed by the learned Trial Court, in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 95/2019, registered at Police Station Crime Branch, Delhi for the commission of offence punishable under Section 20/25/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereafter „NDPS Act‟).

by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the prayer made in the present petition stands allowed and bail condition no. (ii), in order dated 08.05.2023 passed by the learned Trial Court, is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall report to the concerned Police Station once in three months.
