The Petitioner has approached this Court challenging an Order dated 18.11.2022 passed by the Bar Council of Delhi dismissing the complaint made by the Petitioner alleging professional misconduct on the part of the Advocate.

It is stated that the Petitioner has filed an appeal against the Order dated 18.11.2022 before the Bar Council of India which is coming up for hearing on 02.03.2024.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to proceed further with the instant writ petition.

The petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any. 5.
