The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the parties desire to resolve their disputes amicably and request that the parties be referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC).

In view of the above request, the parties are directed to appear before the DHCMCC on 31.01.2020 at 3:00 PM.

In the event, the parties are able to resolve their disputes amicably, they are at liberty to file a fresh petition seeking quashing of the FIR in question.
