% 28.03.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is listed before the trial court for framing of charge and he would like to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all pleas at the time of consideration of framing of charge against the petitioner. Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.

It is clarified that this Court has not commented on the merits of the case.
