% 23.01.2020 This is a petition filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for extension of the period of parole for three months on medical ground.

State has filed the status report.

As per the status report petitioner is suffering from cervical spondylosis, vertigo, benign prostatic hyperplasia. It has also been stated in the status report that petitioner requires an attendant because of his advanced age and risk of fall. Petitioner, in this case, is more than 90 years of age. In these facts and circumstances, parole of the petitioner is extended for a period of eight weeks on the same terms and conditions, however, condition No. (iii) that the petitioner will report to the concerned Station House Officer/Investigating Officer on every

Monday, as imposed vide order dated 19.09.2019, is waived. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
