The petitioner in the instant petition prays for the following reliefs :- "c) A Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to mutate shop No.3, MB Road, Sector-1, Pushp Vihar, New Delhi in favour of the Petitioner." 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that the controversy involved in the instant case can be resolved if the Court directs the respondent-Corporation to pass necessary order treating the instant petition as the petitioner's representation.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the instant petition with the direction that the instant petition be considered as a representation submitted by the petitioner. 4.

Let the respondent-Corporation to pass a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks. 5.

The petition stands disposed of.
