The petitioners herein had got married against the wishes of the parents. The child being a minor had been sent to Nirmal Chhaya from where on the application of the mother, she has opted to stay with the parents.

The present Petition had been filed to seek protection from the parents to restrain them from harassing the petitioners and also to provide protection to the petitioners. Since the petitioner No. 1 has already joined the custody of her parents/respondent No. 2, by the orders of CWC, nothing more survives in the present Petition, which is hereby disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of.
