By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.), the petitioner seeks issuance of Writ of Mandamus thereby directing the learned ASJ POCSO (FTSC), Saket Court to expedite and conclude the trial and deliver the judgment within a period of one month or within an appropriate time. 2.

Issue notice.

Notice is accepted by the learned ASC for the State and the learned counsel for the complainant/ prosecutrix.

learned counsel for the complainant/ prosecutrix submits that the learned Trial Court is already in the midst of hearing final arguments since 16.02.2026, 18.02.2026, 19.02.2026, 20.02.2026 and 26.02.2026 and the matter is now listed on 18.03.2026, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the final arguments on or before 31.03.2026. 5.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
