At the outset, counsel for the Petitioners submits that subsequent to the filing of the present petition, he has become aware of an order dated 9th March, 2026 passed in CONT.CAS(C) 1725/2024 and other connected matters, whereby transfers in respect of the land which is the subject matter of the consolidation proceedings have been made subject to further orders of the Court.

In such circumstances, counsel for the Petitioners states that he would like to withdraw the present petition and file an appropriate application in the said proceedings for seeking necessary clarification or directions. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
