Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 0335/2022 registered under Sections 420/468/471 IPC at P.S. Shahdara and all the proceedings emanating therefrom.

Learned Counsel on behalf of the State submits that the chargesheet has been filed under Sections 420/468/471 IPC and the matter is pending at the stage of arguments on charge.

The perusal of the Petition shows that the only ground on which the quashing is sought is that the facts disclosed predominantly a civil dispute for which, no FIR could have been registered. 4.

First and foremost, the FIR is not only under Section 420 IPC but also under Section 468/471 IPC.
