The Petition under Section 482 Cr.PC has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing of Criminal Complaint bearing No. 17675/2018 and proceedings emanating therefrom and for setting aside the summoning order dated 30.08.2019.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter has been now amicably settled and thus be permitted to withdraw the present Petition.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition be permitted to be withdrawn.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of along with the pending application.
