W.P.(C) 750/2020 The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the respondents consider the contents of the present petition as a representation to the respondents and decide the same within a time bound manner.

Accordingly, the respondents are directed to consider the contents of the present petition as a representation and decide the same by way of a written communication to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the said decision, it would be open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with the law.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms, with no order as to costs.
