It is stated that the subject matter of the writ petition i.e. entire 3rd floor and 2 rooms on the 4th floor at property bearing no. 1730, Nai Basti, Naya Bazar, Delhi-06 has been booked and demolition order has been passed on 21.03.2016. The unauthorized construction at the entrance of the 3rd floor has been sealed on 15.07.2016 and the further step to execute the demolition order / sealing order has been taken on that date and it is further submitted that all actions in accordance with law will be taken.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
