This is an application filed by the judgment debtor seeking release of the amount deposited by the judgment debtor with the Registry of this Court pursuant to order dated 18 March 2019, as OMP (Enf) (Comm) 14/2019 stands disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the OMP (Enf) (Comm) 14/2019, there is no reason for the said amount to remain with the Registry of this Court.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release the amount deposited by the judgment debtor along with any interest which may have accrued thereon, with it on the judgment debtor approaching it OMP (ENF.)
