O R D E R

% 20.01.2020 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, namely, Mahesh Singh, seeks leave to withdraw the present habeas corpus petition with leave to institute an appropriate proceeding before the Karnataka High Court at Bengaluru, which statedly has territorial jurisdiction over the subject matter of the present petition. Leave and liberty granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending applications also stand disposed of.

However, the SHO, Police Station T. Narasipura, District Mysore, is directed to ensure the safety and security of Ms. Muskan Hussain d/o Sh. Madaar Hussain, R/o 151, Near Sulthania Madresa, Kasaba Hobli, T. Narasipura Taluk, Gargeshwari, Mysore, Karnataka-571110, in accordance with law.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master to learned counsel for the parties.
