Counsel for the judgment debtor has handed over a copy of the order passed by the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, in terms of which the impugned award has been stayed, subject to the judgment debtor depositing 50% of the remaining amount.

In view thereof, the present execution petition is disposed of with a liberty to the decree holder to file fresh execution petition, after the said petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is decided.
