% 01.02.2019 Issue notice.

1.1 Mr. Shreyas Edupuganti accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. Learned counsel says that he does not wish to file a reply as he does not oppose the prayer made in the captioned matters for extension of time.

The record shows that the sole Arbitrator was appointed by the Supreme Court, vide order dated 21.07.2017, passed in Civil Appeal No.9417/2017. Learned Arbitrator, evidently, entered upon reference on 09.08.2017.

I am informed by the learned counsel for the parties that the arguments in the captioned matters have been heard and, that, learned Arbitrator has reserved orders in the captioned matters. I am told by the counsel for the parties that the learned Arbitrator had reserved the matters for rendering an Award on 24.11.2018.

4.1 Since, learned Arbitrator had given time for filing written submissions, learned counsel for the parties say that the written submissions were filed on 10.12.2018.

In these circumstances, as prayed, time for rendering the Award is extended by a period of four months, commencing w.e.f.

01.02.2019.
