Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the decree-holder states that as and when the further sums will be deposited by the Union of India, with respect to the Arbitral Award pending execution before this Court in OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 3/2016 the decree-holder shall have the right to receive 29.36% as part of the settlement and on such amount deposited or paid, 29.36% of the interest that is accrued while the amount is with the Registrar, Delhi High Court may also to be paid to the decree-holder. It is ordered accordingly.

With these directions, the learned counsel for the decree-holder does not press the present execution petition with liberty to revive the same in case the need so arises.

The present petition is disposed of with pending applications, in the aforesaid terms.
