This is a petition filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, seeking appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes between the parties. 2.

It is stated that since the MSME facilitation counsel has already referred the dispute to DIAC for appointment of arbitrator. 3.

Ms. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise her counter claims before the Arbitral Tribunal to be appointed by the DIAC.
