1. The present matter has been listed pursuant to the order of the learned Registrar General dated 15.03.2023, concerning the transfer of Succession Case No. 25/2020, titled Tara Tamang v. State & Anr., from the South District, Saket Courts, Delhi, to the South-East District on the ground of territorial jurisdiction.

2. In view of the respondents' no objection, Succession Case No. 25/2020, titled Tara Tamang v. State & Anr., is transferred from the South District, Saket Courts, Delhi, to the South-East District.

3. Let Succession Case No. 25/2020, titled Tara Tamang v. State & Anr., be withdrawn from the Court of the learned District Judge, South District, Saket Courts, Delhi, and transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction in the South-East District.

4. The transferor Court is directed to send the record to the transferee Court.
