b. Set aside the judgement and order dated 30.06.2014 passed by Ld. MM Ms. Swati Katiyar in CC No. 64/1/12 and restore the complaint to its original number.

c. Pass any other and further order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper;"
