% 01.07.2025 1.

The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19732 impugns the order dated 07th January, 2021 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge (Special FTC) North, Rohini Courts Delhi, in an application filed by the Petitioner seeking cancellation of bail of the coaccused in terms of FIR No. 171/2018 registered under Sections 376, 109, 120B, 506, 323, 328 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 18603, at P.S.
