% 16.10.2024 BAIL APPLN. 714/2024 & CRL.M.A. 31123/2024 An application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawal of bail application.

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the application with liberty to prefer the same before the learned Trial Court, since statement of complainant is stated to have been recorded.
