% 10.09.2024 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that till date a copy of CCTV footage has not been supplied to the petitioner despite repeated applications moved before the Ld. Trial Court. Learned APP for the State submits on instructions that IO shall supply the soft copy of CCTV footage before the Ld. Trial Court on the next date of hearing.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to move a fresh bail application before the Ld. Trial Court after the examination of remaining five witnesses. In view of the submissions made, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move fresh bail application after the recording of evidence of remaining five witnesses. Ld. Trial Court is requested for expeditious trial of the present case in accordance with law.

It is made clear that this court has not gone into the merits of the case and no expression made herein shall tantamount to be an expression on the merits of the case.
