Respective counsel for the parties submit that the impugned award has been set aside by the High Court of Rajasthan, in an appeal filed under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 2.

As such, no further order/s are required to be passed in the present enforcement petition; the same is, accordingly disposed of. 3.

Needless to say, the petitioner would be at liberty to file afresh if the occasion arises, and subject to outcome of any proceedings in the Supreme Court.
