The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning the deportation order dated 07.09.2017 passed by respondent no.2- Foreign Regional Registration Office. The petition was founded on the basis that the petitioner was granted 'Refugee Status' by UNHCR and, therefore, she could not be deported.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly states that the petitioner's status as a 'Refugee' has expired. She, however, requests that the orders be passed directing the respondents not to blacklist the petitioner.

Mr Mahajan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the blacklist is reviewed periodically based on the category in which the concerned person is placed. He states that the petitioner's case would be reviewed after a period of two years from the date of deportation. 3.

This Court is not inclined to pass any order as the petition is rendered

academic.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
