Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application.

Permission, as sought for, is granted.

It is stated that the Petitioner has been in custody for the last one year and five months. It is stated that out of the three Officers, who were part of the raiding party, one has already been examined. 4.

The Trial Court is directed to complete examination of other two witnesses within six months from today.

5.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach the Competent Court for grant of bail after examination of the other two witnesses will be over. 6.

The bail application is disposed of as withdrawn, along with pending application(s), if any.
