1. A status report dated 30th September 2018 has been filed by Inspector Satish Kumar, SHO of PS Subhash Place, wherein it is stated that no address such as 49, Kalyanvas, Kalyanpuri, Delhi given by the Appellant was found upon checking up. The older address in the police records was also enquired but no clue of the Appellant's whereabouts could be found.

2. The Appellant appears to have disappeared without leaving any forwarding address. In the circumstances, the bail bonds and surety bonds furnished by the Appellant stand cancelled. The appeal is dismissed. The trial Court record be returned forthwith to the trial Court with this order.

3. Permission is granted to the learned APP to mention the appeal for revival of hearing once the Appellant is arrested. The trial Court will also send an
