O R D E R

The present application has been filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking interim bail in FIR No.630/2016 registered under Sections 302/392/394/397/186/353/411/34 IPC at P.S. Shahbad Dairy on the ground that the applicant's mother has to undergo gallbladder stone surgery.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the material witnesses have been examined.

The medical documents relating to the same have been placed on record. A status report, alongwith the concerned doctor's report, has also been placed on record. The factum of surgery has been verified and it is further informed that applicant's mother has to undergo the aforesaid surgery on 05.03.2024.

Considering the aforesaid, it is directed that the applicant be released The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 02/03/2024 at 11:44:38

on interim bail for a period of 3 days from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent/Duty M.M./concerned Court and subject to the following conditions :- i) The applicant shall not leave the Delhi NCR without prior permission of the concerned Court;

ii) At the time of furnishing bail bond, the applicant would specify the mobile number, which he undertakes to keep operational during the period of his release; iii) The applicant shall not directly/indirectly try to get in touch with the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;

iv) The applicant shall surrender upon expiry of the interim bail period.

v) In case the surgery is not performed on 05.03.2024, the applicant will surrender on 06.03.2024.

The bail application is disposed of in the above terms. 6.

Copy of the order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent electronically for information and necessary compliance. 7.
