Learned counsel for the Petitioner forthrightly states that the Delhi office of the Petitioner does not appear to have the original copy of the Agreement that has been relied upon for the purpose of referring the present Petition. He, however, submits that the Petitioner is making efforts to trace out the original of the same. 2.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present Petition and seek such remedies as are available to him under law inter alia preferring a fresh Petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Accordingly, the present Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
